RBA will be offering a unique service to its customers from the moment of planning your journey to when you leave the airport and arrive at your destination.
Customers will have the opportunity to book online, remove barriers to the checking in service, use electronic tagging and provide options to purchase excess baggage.
Overall the service will be swift and of a high standard. In the air the flights will have a high level of comfort factor; customers will be offered various in-flight services and will be looked after by attentive and courteous air crew staff.
RBA international flights will include flights from London to Bangladesh via the Middle East. Our fleet will also fly to various European destinations, and Southeast Asia using the Middle East as a hub.
The domestic market will cover Dhaka, Chitagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi and Borisal. The long term aim is to also expand to currently unreachable places in Bangladesh using both seaplanes and helicopters. This will connect the Bangladeshi population and provide access to unreachable areas, creating new air transport routes within Bangladesh.
