The RBA Human Resources team have been carefully selecting key personnel for the smooth operation of the airline. RBA staff will be highly trained, motivated, reliable and professional individuals who will provide an excellent standard of service. We will expect high levels of professional integrity and demand high performances.
Service with a smile will be a must, the customer will come first and a poor level of service will not be accepted. There will be clear organisational structure and exceptional levels of management. Staff will be expected to undertake continuous training and there will also be graduate programmes and partner training institutes to provide highly skilled staff.
