Our mission is to launch a reputable international Airline that is
safe, secure and reliable in all aspects of the aviation industry. We
will offer competitive fares all year round to a wide range of
destinations in Asia. The primary service will operate directly to
Sylhet and Dhaka with no need for domestic transfers in between.
Our staff will consist of experienced pilots, cabin crew, ground staff
and highly trained and competent individuals with a passion for the
company and the aero industry. Staff will be well trained to an
extremely high standard where great emphasis will be placed on
excellent customer service with the customer always coming first.
The experience of ticket booking, airport check-in and flight journeys
will be simplified and hassle free. Online booking, call centres and
company high street ticket offices will be introduced. Check-in
waiting times will be reduced and innovative "excess baggage" policies
and products will be set up. Journeys will be comfortable with
friendly staff attending to passengers' needs
